Due to the nature of our digital products (such as PDF files, images and other downloadable content), all sales are final. Once the purchase is complete, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

Lingerie and Swimwear Products

 

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns on intimate apparel items such as bikinis, lingerie or other similar garments. All purchases of these products are considered final sales.

Exceptions

 

 

Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional cases:

 

• If the digital product is not delivered correctly due to a technical failure of our platform.

• If the downloaded file is corrupt or cannot be opened and cannot be fixed by technical support.
